Loads before you notice
Hand-written HTML and CSS. No framework, no page builder, no plugins waiting to be updated. There is almost nothing to download, so there is almost nothing to wait for.
Las Vegas · off the Strip
The bright seam through the middle is the Strip. Everything around it is the valley the rest of us work in — and that is where we build.

The part nobody shows you
A customer skims your page. A search engine and an AI assistant read it — and they can only repeat back what they were able to parse. Below is the same made-up Las Vegas barbershop, read twice.
llms.txt written for AI assistantsNeither column is about taste. Both pages can look identical to a person. Only one of them can be quoted back to somebody who asked their phone a question.
What you get
Hand-written HTML and CSS. No framework, no page builder, no plugins waiting to be updated. There is almost nothing to download, so there is almost nothing to wait for.
We take the copy from what you already say — your current site, your menu, your voicemail greeting. We do not invent reviews, statistics or awards for you. Not once.
Structured data on every page, and an llms.txt that tells AI assistants what your business is — and what they should not guess about it.
Keyboard navigation that works, real labels on every form field, headings in a sensible order, and colour that stays legible when a phone flips to dark mode.
Static files. No database, no login page, no plugin with a published vulnerability sitting on your server waiting for somebody to scan for it.
Your domain, your hosting account, your files. If you ever want to leave, you take the whole site with you and nothing stops working.
How it goes
Words before build, build before upload, upload before anything touches your live address — so the new site is provably working before the old one changes at all.
Your current site, your listings, whatever you hand us. On a template site most pages are filler and the only real writing is on the homepage and in the footer. We keep that and drop the rest.
Hours, service area, how you want customers to reach you. Nothing goes on the page that you have not confirmed — including the email address, which we check can actually receive mail before we print it.
The whole site runs on a preview link first. You read every line and change what you want there, not on the thing your customers are looking at.
New files go up before any routing changes, so the new pages are reachable first. Then an automated check runs against your live address and has to come back clean before we call it done.
Who this is for
Barbers, bakeries, body shops, dentists, contractors, the taquería with the good salsa. If your customers are in Henderson, North Las Vegas, Summerlin or Spring Valley, one of them is looking for you on a phone right now.

The short version
Send a few lines about the business and how customers find you today. We will look at what you already have and call you back.
